HUDL Programs

Harbour HUDL programs are 12-month leadership networking ecosystems for collaborative growth.

We believe better humans make better leaders. In your HUDL you will be united with other great leaders where you will learn, grow and develop both your professional and personal talents in an energised and challenging environment where we all run hot. 

Each HUDL of 6 to 8 participants engages in a program tailored to the needs and goals of the HUDL collective. The framework includes:

• one-to-one coaching with The Growth Harbour every month (12 per annum)
• two-day HUDL group immersion programs once a quarter (4 per annum)
• cross-HUDL networking and collaboration (where agreed)

HUDLs are insightful - unlocking the power of shared knowledge by gaining perspective from those who have faced the same challenges. 

HUDLs are challenging - you'll be put in the hot seat, your ideas will be challenged, and your peers will hold you to account. We carry no passengers.

HUDLs are engaging - not solely a training program, but the coming together of leaders to network, push and support each other.

Suitable for Executive Leaders, Senior Leaders, Business Founders with:

• medium scale portfolios
• 1-5 years senior leadership experience
• 5-10 years management experience
• industry challenges requiring organisational change
• budgets in the $50m+ bracket

MANAGEMENT HUDLs

Suitable for General Managers, Directors and Middle Management with:

• small scale portfolios
• 1-5 years management experience
• team/divisional challenges requiring change
• sales targets in the $20m+ bracket
