In his most recent corporate role, James applied this focus as Managing Director to one of Australasia’s fastest growing recruitment businesses, resulting in sales and margin growth at 40% (above market rate) and in profit improvement of 240% over 3 years.

Through his own leadership coach, James' personal journey of growth resulted in a career pivot of deeper fulfilment to inspire others to do work they are proud of. He now shares his knowledge, his experience and his passion for coaching, through the growth of others.
